Quality Care Partners (QCP), is a paraprofessional health care agency in Manchester, New Hampshire. The goal of the project is to improve the quality of jobs for low-income workers in the paraprofessional health care sector and to improve the quality of care provided to New Hampshire’s long-term care consumers.
