Making Loans to the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund

Lenders provide the core of the capital we have available for our borrowers. Individuals and institutions allow us the use of their funds, so that we can, in turn, make loans to worthy projects in the community.

The Loan Fund has an unblemished repayment record of 100% to our lenders over our 21-year history. Prospective lenders are advised, however, that the Loan Fund is not an insured institution and there is no guarantee of repayment. Lenders should also note that loans to the Loan Fund are not tax deductible as a charitable gift.

We have more than 350 lenders, including individuals, religious organizations, foundations, and financial institutions. Click here to read a story about two lenders and why they’ve chosen this form of support.

For more information on making loans, download the loan application (PDF), or contact Alan Cantor, Vice President, Philanthropy, 603-224-6669. ext. 254, acantor@nhclf.org or Jennifer Kaloust, Investor Relations Officer, ext. 229, jkaloust@nhclf.org. For a lender brochure, contact Jenn Kaloust as indicated above.
